This policy explains how Connect Facility Management L.L.C (“Connect FM”, “we”) handles personal data collected through connectfm.ae. We are licensed by Dubai’s Department of Economy and Tourism (licence 1185028) and process personal data in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

What we collect
- Enquiry and AMC forms: your name, email address, phone number and country code, and the message you send us.
- How you found us: the page you first landed on, the referring website, and, when you arrive from a Google ad, the ad click and campaign details (for example the click ID, campaign, ad group and keyword). These are attached to your enquiry so we know which channels work.
- Phone, email and WhatsApp clicks: that a contact link was used, not the content of any call or message.
- Usage data: pages visited, device and browser type and approximate location, collected by Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager, and technical request logs kept by our hosting provider.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes and AMC proposals, and deliver services you ask for.
- To measure and improve our website and advertising.
- To keep the website secure and working.
We rely on your request for a quote or service, your consent where it is required, and our legitimate interest in running and improving our business.
Cookies and similar storage
We store the “how you found us” details above in a first-party cookie and in your browser’s local storage for up to 90 days, so an enquiry sent on a later visit is still linked to the right source. Google Analytics and Google Ads set their own cookies. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings; the website still works without them.
Who we share it with
- Pipedrive, our customer relationship management system, which stores enquiries.
- Google (Tag Manager, Analytics and Ads), for measurement and advertising.
- Cloudflare and our hosting provider, which deliver and protect the website.
Some of these providers store data outside the UAE. We only use providers that protect personal data to the standard UAE law requires. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and to manage any resulting contract, and then for the period required by UAE law for business records. Attribution cookies expire after 90 days.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to withdraw consent, or to receive a copy of data you gave us. Email [email protected] and we will reply within 30 days. You may also complain to the UAE Data Office.
Changes
We will post any change to this policy on this page with a new “last updated” date.
